Here you can find all information on renting our house at the
Costa Blanca, Spain !!

The house is situated in the village of Cabo Roig, on the coast, in the region of Orihuela Costa, near Torrevieja, about 40 km. south of Alicante.

The airport of Alicante is easily reached from the major airports in Europe, for instance www.easyjet.com and other lowcost companies.

Another airport is San Javier Airport of Murcia, about the sam distance as Alicante Airport.

General information :

The house is situated in a neighbourhood with simular houses and is situated directly next to the large communal swimming pool.
The beach, marina, shops, pubs and restaurants are within walking distance.

Town's nearby are Torrevieja (5km.), Alicante (43km.), Cartagena (43km.)and Murcia (43km.).

There are also three golfcourses in close vecinity, by car 5 to 10 min. drive:

 

 

 

 

 

 

The house:

The house has on the ground floor a livingroom, kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, and a bedroom for two persons.
In the livingroom you'll find two oneperson sleepingcouches.

On the first floor is a spacious bathroom with bath/shower, bidet, toilet and washbasin. Further two bedrooms, each for two persons, built in cupboards, a television with satelite reception in one bedroom, the other has a small safetydeposit box in the cupboard.
Both bedrooms give exit to a balcony of 2 1/2 x 2 meter.

Both bedrooms have airconditioning/heating

Maximum of 8 places to sleep in the house.

There are also two foldable cots for infants, with fitting bedlinnen, in one of the bedroom cupboards. The stairwell is secured for children with three safetygates.

On the second/topfloor there is a large roofterrace. Entrance to the terrace with an indoor staircase with a door at the top. This can be left open safely for small children because there also is an open metal door with bars you can lock separately. On the roofterrace you'll find four deckchaires, a small table and on the wall a coldwater shower
The house is fully airconditioned and heated if neccesary in the livingroom and the two bedrooms upstairs: separately operated per room with remote controls.

Next to the house is a small parking space for a car and around the premises is a low stone wall with iron gates.

In front of and next to the house is a terrace with a fixed round stone table with matching benches which will seat about nine persons max.. Next to the house you can also sit, this is ajacent to the swimmingpool grounds. There are four foldable gardenchairs.

All the windows have shutters and iron gards, there is a safe and an alarmsystem.

The house has a full inventory: a satellite-TV in the livingroom and the larger bedroom upstairs, radio-CD-cassetteplayer, DVD-player with 40 movies, fully equipped kitchen, microwave, oven, fridge with separate freezercompartment, watercooker, koffeemaker, toaster, dishwasher and 12-set crockery. And: washingmachine, childrenschair, ironingboard with iron, etcetra, etcetera.
